With an extensive background in healthcare operations through leadership roles at Avera Health, Ava has managed clinic and urgent care operations, led multidisciplinary teams, and helped improve systems and workflow efficiency across multiple locations.

At Accelerate Wellness, she plays a central role in creating a patient experience that feels organized, responsive, personalized, and supportive from the first interaction through long term care.
