Rachael Garvelink, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a Doctorally prepared, board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience in healthcare, including family medicine, preventive health, dermatology, orthopedic urgent care, hospital-based care, and clinical research. Her diverse background and knowledge allow her to approach patient care through a broad, whole-person, and individualized lens. She is passionate about looking beyond isolated symptoms to better understand the connections between metabolism, inflammation, hormones, skin health, stress, recovery, and long-term wellness. Known for her warm, compassionate, and educational approach, Rachael is committed to helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health journey.

Rachael earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from The College of St. Scholastica, where her doctoral work focused on improving weight-related discussions in primary care. Her training gives her a thoughtful, evidence-informed perspective on metabolic health, lifestyle change, weight management, and prevention. She is currently pursuing certification in Longevity and Functional Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, further expanding her expertise in root-cause, personalized, and prevention-focused care.
